Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with the CCMA! Here’s how we get your order from our hands to yours.

Where we ship from
Every order is packed and shipped from our HQ in Toronto, Ontario.

When we ship
We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Orders placed from Thursday afternoon through Monday will go out in our next shipping window, starting Tuesday. Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

How long it takes
Shipping times depend on where you are, but we aim to get every order to you within 10 business days anywhere in Canada. Remote and rural addresses can occasionally take a little longer, and carrier delays (weather, holidays, high-volume seasons) are sometimes out of our hands.

How we ship
We ship with Canada Post and Purolator, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking
You’ll always get a tracking number. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email it to you so you can follow it right to your door.

Where we ship
For now, we can only ship within Canada. We’re sorry we can’t send orders outside the country at this time, but we hope to expand someday!
